Volunteer leaders are essential to the success of any community organization. They ensure volunteer programs run smoothly and effectively and inspire our CIRCUL Kids to perform their best. Even if you might not have experiences or whether you can give 100 hours or 5 hours, there is a place for you in the CIRCUL. Maybe you want to teach a workshop or assist in outreach projects, the possibilities are endless. Essential a CIRCUL volunteer leader is a volunteer who:
- Recognize community needs
- Lead our CIRCUL Kids, Workshops and volunteer activities
- Takes charge of a project by coordinating it and taking accountability for its successful completion.
- Communicates the details of the project and serves as a resource to the community and our CIRCUL Kids
- Represents the CIRCUL with honor and dignity.
- Most importantly, love God, your country and your community.
Volunteer TAEAM leader applICATION process
1. Complete volunteer application below. A background check will be necessary for all volunteers who are in a leadership position over children.
2. The volunteer coordinator will contact you to discuss your volunteer interests and placement.
3. Participate in orientation.

The CIRCUL strives to recognize all our volunteers by recognizing those group and individual
volunteers who dedicated their time giving back to the community and the CIRCUL. Volunteer leaders will be recognized at our annual CIRCUL Awards in June of each year.The CIRCUL KC has a wonderful Adult volunteer program for individuals 17 and over. The CIRCUL Team Leader Program is where GOD really moves. As Team Leaders you will mentor and guide our volunteer groups through assignment's, campaign meetings and outreach projects. Be the light in someone's life today.
